We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

The Pictures of furniture including mirrors and tables on our website are a representation of the item only. The pictures are provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting and taking into a consideration more accurate sources of information. Be aware that wood is a natural product, therefore no two furniture pieces will be exactly the same. Therefore the furniture shades or cravings may differ slightly. In addition, furniture images viewed on PC screens may show varying shades. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. This is also applies to any furniture Made to order – custom Made for you, by purchasing the Made to order furniture you accept that the shade, grain may differ due differences in natural wood. We are not responsible for these variations in shades and we do reiterate that no two pieces of wood are identical.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
This is also applies to any furniture Made to order – custom Made for you.

By purchasing the Made to order furniture you accept that the price might differ depending on the order.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Products, Materials and Design

We aim to use highest quality of wood however By the very nature of wood, and the type of hand manufacturing, our wood could contain all of the following natural occurring traits:
– Small ‘chip out’ marks from the planer
– Knots/cracks/shakes
– Small machining marks
– Natural colour variation

Be aware that wood is a natural product, therefore no two furniture pieces will be exactly the same. Therefore the furniture shades or cravings may differ slightly. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We will not take responsibility for issues arising from the customer’s personal preference on the type of finish, wood grain, pattern, knots, medullary rays, color variation or any other naturally occurring elements. We will not take responsibility for issues arising from the lack of appropriate aftercare.

Our finishes will need maintaining, depending on use. Please refer to our Care Guide.
We will not be held responsible for any damaged caused by customers making adjustments or amendments to their order, for example the fitting of their own legs to table tops etc.
We cannot be held responsible for customers preference to design elements that are not discussed or raised at the point of ordering, and will make educated assumptions based on the style of the product, and it’s functionality etc.

Our furniture due to the nature of natural wood can react to exposure to sunlight, changes in temperature , movement, humidity as well as after care. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the wood due to environmental factors , once delivery has been made. All our wood is dried to a humidity of 8-10% moisture. Changes in the temperature, humidity or the type of environment can affect the final furniture, causing changes. However we can’t take responsibility in the case of the furniture reacting to the qualities of your own environment. We advise you to see our Care Guide for more information.

Our furniture is not suitable for outdoor use, or use in bathrooms and wet-rooms unless specified.
If you need a specific wood thickness you must let us know when ordering.
Our products may vary in weight. If weight is going to be a concern, please inform us clearly before placing your order.
All our products can be made to measure to fit your space, however we do not guarantee mm precision unless we are specified to do so, and some hardware such as nuts and bolts may protrude – please allow for +/- 5mm on all dimensions. (Or about 5%). The tolerances are likely to mainly occur in the height and depth of the piece as we are using solid boards which can vary slightly in size depending on how much each particular board needs sanding.
If you require an exact size or weight for your item, for fitting into an alcove for example, please make sure to specify that the measurement needs to be exact.
We can’t take responsibility for an item which doesn’t fit or is too small if the measurement is under the 5% of tolerance.

Never climb or hang from your furniture.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

All product pricing and descriptions, measurements of products will vary for all made to order furniture.

The quote made may be subject to change at anytime if other circumstances arise this includes a cause that is beyond of our control.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Events Outside of Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in carrying out our obligations in regard to making and supplying any furniture order where that failure or delay is due to any cause that is beyond control of White Tail Creative Design Limited. These Causes include, but are not limited to power failure, internet service provider failure, delivery provider failure, sickness, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, and any other event that is beyond our control.

Delivery and assembly

The date and time of the delivery and assembly will be confirmed to the customer by email or text.
The assembler will endeavour to arrive punctually in line with the set delivery time. Should the delivery or assembly be delayed, by circumstances outside of their control, the assembler will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform them of the delay. Under such circumstances a delayed start will be proposed, but if such proposal is unacceptable to the customer, then an alternative appointment will be arranged.

We require the customer to give 24 hours notice in the event that they are unable to keep an appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge up to £100 for a failed delivery and/ or visit.

Damage

In the unlikely event of any damage to the customer’s property occurring during the assembly, such damage must be pointed out to the assembler, who will note such damage on the White Tail Creative Design Limited Invoice/Satisfaction note.
When the damage is identified by a customer such damage must also be reported to White Tail Creative Design Limited During the time of the assembly.
Any claims made outside of this time limit will not be considered.

Photographic evidence of the damage should be recorded and forwarded to White Tail Creative Design 

Limited as soon as feasible in order to be considered.

Assembly by Customer

We recommend the customer always uses and seeks help from a professional for help with the furniture assembly. If the customer chooses for the item to be fixed to a wall, floor, or similar, it is the customer’s responsibility to examine the suitability of their property. We will not be held responsible for damages caused to customer’s property in the process, or as a result, of the customer assembling their furniture to the wall, floor etc. We will not be held responsible for any damaged caused by customers making adjustments or amendments to their order, by fitting different type of material, piece not supplied or manufactured by us.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Optional tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

In no case shall White Tail Creative Design Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We give 2 years guarantee on structural damages and if structural damage occur we will repair or replace your table. However, we cannot take responsibility if the damage is caused by inappropriate use or customer’s negligence or any natural changes that are expected to be seen in a wood that ages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless White Tail Creative Design Limited and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
